Thank you VERY MUCH for choosing to work with Nashville Demo Studio! We are really excited to work with you on recording your song demo! We here at NDS pride ourselves on two important things: 1.)The BEST quality demos at the lowest prices and 2.)The BEST customer service in the industry. I've said it before and I will say it again, it is of the highest importance to me that you are treated like a rock star!

The best way I know how to give you incredible customer service is by excellent communication. It is imperative to me that every step of the song demo process is explained and agreed upon prior to your session. I want you to know exactly what to expect so that you can concentrate on the creative side of things (the fun stuff!) and let me and my staff worry about everything else.

I have outlined, EVERYTHING you need to know below. Please take the time to go over everything. I've also included a 'Client Demo Worksheet" for you to use for your records. I use one for my own demos so that I have a record of who played on what, etc. It's also a great way to ensure that you have provided us with everything we will need to make a great demo for you.

SONG DEMO PROCESS INFORMATION FOR NDS CLIENTS

IMPORTANT ITEMS TO CHECK OUT:

1.) If you haven't already watched the "Demo Process" Video, please do so BEFORE your session date so that you can see how everything works:

2.) If you haven't booked your song demo yet, you can do that here: 3.) If you would like to see what our contract and work for hire acknowledgement looks like, you can download a copy of one to check out by clicking on the document below: CREATING YOUR DEMO WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: 1.) Please fill out a "Pre-Production Form" for each song you are recording with us. It is IMPORTANT to fill it out COMPLETELY. You will be uploading your work tape and lyric by using this form. You can fill the form out by clicking here: www.nashvilledemostudio.com/prepro.htm 2.) Please choose your vocalist. You can listen to our vocalists here: www.nashvilledemostudio.com/samples.htm 3.) Please sign your contract that we sent to you. 4.) Please remit your deposit payment. You can do this by calling us, mailing it to us (please let us know if you are paying by check or money order) or you can fill out our secure payment form here: www.nashvilledemostudio.com/securepay.htm 5.) If you did not already upload your worktape and lyric to the preproduction form, you can email them to our studio manager, Ben Olson at ben@nashvilledemostudio.com. If you are sending your work tape in the postal mail, please inform us of that. 6.) Please let us know if you will be attending the session in person or if you would prefer to attend the session via our live web stream online. (There are step by step instructions on how to do this in the "Notes and Tips" document below). WHAT WE WILL DO FOR YOU: 1.) We will schedule your pre-production meeting for you. 2.) We will schedule all of your musicians, vocalists and engineering team for you. 3.) We will get your work tape and lyrics to the pre-pro producer in a timely manner so that he will have already started a basic chart of your song prior to your pre-production meeting. 4.) We will coordinate all aspects of the recording process as well as the post production process and get all of your material back to you in a timely fashion. 5.) We will be available to you whenever you need us. There are NO silly questions and we are never bothered when you email or call us. Your complete satisfaction is our goal in every song we record!!!
