NDS ARTIST FAST TRACK!

To make it as an artist here in Nashville you need FOUR things: 1. Talent 2. Songs 3. Luck and 4. A camp.
Now when we say camp, we don’t mean the kind where you pitch a tent, cook on an open fire and swat at flying insects. A camp is a network of songwriters, producers, managers, publishers, and label reps that believe in your talent, pool their resources and collectively work together to get you where you need to be. But how does an unknown artist who is amazingly talented with NO contacts bridge the gap and get a camp together? Well, there are many ways to go about it. You need to be an NSAI member. You should be making trips to Nashville if you live out of town and if you live in town you need to be networking and going to as many events, etc as possible to get yourself infront of people that can help you. Aligned with the what we just mentioned, if you want to “fast track” your career and start meeting folks, writing with them, take meetings and start building a “camp”, here’s your opportunity.

We have decided to take a VERY significant risk and start a year long program that will fast track you through music row and get you about 5 years ahead of the curve of other artists.

We will be utilizing our own personal contacts and make calls on your behalf so that when you come to town, every single day you are here will be filled with appointments and co-writes so that you are maximizing the time you are here and fast tracking past your competition, positioning you for success.

Obviously, we can only open the door. You have to walk through it and this program is a commitment on your part, so think long and hard on if this REALLY is what you want out of life and if you are really serious about being an artist.

Here’s how the program is going to work:

---This is a 12-month program. You will need to commit to traveling to Nashville quarterly (4 times a year).
---You will let us know when you are coming at least ONE MONTH in advance and we will get to work scheduling your week for you.
---You will be given your schedule before you come to town so that you know exactly what you will be doing from day to day.
---We will schedule co-writes with established AND hit songwriters and here’s the cool thing, we will NOT be telling them that you are part of one of our programs. We will   just be making the calls and saying, “Hey! We met this artist and we think they are great and you should write with them”, so that your co-writes are organic and the cowriters don’t feel like they need to “mentor” you in any way, and they will just treat you like any one else they write with.
---We will be scheduling meetings for you. We will schedule you PRO meeting (because you should be checking in with them once a quarter) and it always helps if we let them know that we think you are great and deserve some special attention.
---We will be scheduling publisher meetings for you as well so that if you aren’t co-writing you are taking meetings on the row and getting your music heard and some face time.
---Once we feel you are ready, we will be scheduling label meetings for you.
---We will also let you know what writers nights you should be going to network and where the best places to lunch will be as well. If you want to play a writers night, we will get that handled as well.
---At the end of the week you will be meeting with us to discuss all you did in the week and we will help you strategize what we need to set up for your next visit.

While I want to make this as cost effective as possible, it’s not going to be cheap. I do not want to make money off of this, but I HAVE to pay my staff for all of the time they will be putting in to create your schedules and convince writers that you are worth their time. That is VERY time intensive work and I have to pay them for their time. You will need to make your own travel arrangements; etc. I am ONLY setting up your time here, everything else is up to you.

We will ONLY be allowing TWO ARTISTS into this program per year. It’s important to me that we make each week you are here life altering and seriously fast track you, so I don’t think we can handle more than that.

You MUST apply to get in and one of the big qualifications is that we not only know your music, but also know your personality. As I said before, this is a HUGE risk we are taking by utilizing our personal network so I need to be assured that the artists I allow into this program are a great hang and on the level. If you’ve done any of our other events, please make sure you put that in the application so that we can reference that in our decisions.


Dates: 4 Visits a Year based on your schedule.
Price: $3500 (Remember, this is for a years worth of work from us).
